Ronen Das

Ronen Das is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Equitas Small Finance Bank since September 2016, Ronen has held key HR positions across several companies, including Head of Human Resources at Equitas Finance Limited and Head of Recruitments at Equitas Micro Finance India Pvt Ltd. Earlier career experience includes a role as Deputy General Manager at Datamatics Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd. Ronen holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, both from Bharathiar University, complemented by a HSC from Zion Mat. Hr.
