Sweta Ganguly

Sweta Ganguly is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and National Head of Business HR for the Liabilities Business at Equitas Small Finance Bank since September 2018, Sweta is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and developing competency frameworks. Prior to this role, Sweta held various senior positions at YES BANK from February 2008 to August 2018, leading HR functions for branch banking in the southern region. Sweta's earlier experience includes roles at TTK Healthcare TPA Pvt Ltd, IBM Global Business Services, and GE Money, demonstrating a solid background in HR management and recruitment. Sweta holds a PGDM in Human Resource from Wigan & Leigh College, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
