Prior experience includes the position of Branch Credit Head at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd from 2017 to 2019, and Branch Credit Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank from 2016 to 2017. Victor also worked as Regional Team Leader for Credit Administration and Business Processing at Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited from 2012 to 2016. Victor holds a Master of Commerce from Andhra University and an MBA from Sri Venkateswara University.
