Chi Ling

Chi Ling Chan is a determined innovator committed to transformative technology for a more equitable future. As the Founder and Director of EquiTech Collective since 2023, they actively explore solutions at the intersection of technology and social equity. Their extensive experience includes significant roles such as Deputy Director at Open Government Products and the Ministry of Health in Singapore. They currently hold positions as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, San Francisco, and a Visiting Scientist at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine, alongside faculty status at the National University of Singapore. Chi Ling possesses advanced degrees from Stanford University, where they specialized in Symbolic Systems and Political Science.
