Andy Panos

Andrew Panos is a seasoned healthcare executive with a strong entrepreneurial background and significant leadership experience. Currently serving as Founder in Residence and President at Equiti since March 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at UpHealth, Inc. from June 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing U.S. Telehealth initiatives. Prior roles include Co-Founder and COO of Cloudbreak Health, where strategic collaboration with healthcare thought leaders focused on humanizing healthcare, and Founder and COO of Martti, addressing interpreter demand during medical emergencies. Andrew holds a BA in Organizational Communications with a focus on Marketing Communications from Montana State University Billings, earned between 1983 and 1988.
