Jim Small has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jim began their career at KPMG as a Senior Manager, where they worked for a decade. Jim then joined Zurich Insurance as an AVP Internal Audit, before moving on to Guggenheim Partners as a Vice President. Jim later joined Zurich North America, where they held positions such as Director Group Audit and Life Financial Analysis and Reporting Manager. Jim then worked at Kemper as a Director, overseeing Life and Health Accounting and Reporting. Currently, Jim is employed at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company as the Assistant Vice President of Investment Accounting.
Jim Small earned a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, completing their studies between 1997 and 1999.
