Katherine Winston is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner of Equity Angels, Katherine is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the technology startup ecosystem through innovative programs. As a Content Strategy Advisor for the National Association of REALTORS®, Katherine contributes to the development of educational programming and community initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Marketing and Communications at Plunk, where Katherine spearheaded go-to-market strategies, and Marketing and Communications Strategist for top luxury real estate agent Darren Winston. Katherine also co-founded Winston Baker, focusing on investor-based conferences, and held marketing leadership positions at REAL D, GoTV Networks, and ALM Media, LLC. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
