Carol Olmstead

Carol Olmstead is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and real estate. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiter at Amada Senior Care since September 2023, Carol is responsible for reviewing, screening, and hiring caregivers for the Pikes Peak region, as well as developing and instructing caregiver orientations and managing employment documentation. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a Real Estate Agent with Equity Colorado since October 2021 and previously with the U+Me=Home team at Equity. With over 10 years of experience as a dedicated sales professional, Carol specializes in assisting clients with buying, selling, new build requests, and VA assistance across Colorado. Carol also held management positions at Sonesta Hotels from July 2015 to February 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager.
