Dan Eerkes

Dan Eerkes has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, with a career spanning several roles since 2004. At Equity Realty, Dan has worked in sales focusing on residential properties, land, bank-owned, distressed sales, and fixer-uppers. In 2009, Dan became the Sales Manager for Finsand Development, overseeing sales, marketing, client consultations, land acquisition, and contract negotiations. Additionally, Dan serves as a Loan Processor for KE Capital Services, managing loan processing for private lenders, property valuations, borrower screenings, and coordinating with title services. Dan also holds a position as a Sales Agent at Equity Real Estate-KE Capital Services. Dan Eerkes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Washington State University from 1984 to 1989.
