Nicholas Baur

Nicholas Baur is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in various roles and companies. As the Owner of The South Side Investment Club since October 2007, Nicholas has built a community of over 1500 real estate professionals focused on networking and knowledge sharing. Serving as the designated broker for the state of Missouri at Equity Missouri since June 2010, Nicholas also owns Real Estate Rehab LLC, specializing in buying, selling, renovating, and leasing properties. Prior experience includes roles as Broker/Salesperson at RE/MAX Gold and Broker/Owner at Blue Ribbon REALTORS, where Nicholas managed sales teams and dealt with a diverse portfolio of property types. Nicholas completed education at Bishop DuBourg from 1990 to 1994.
