Whitney A. White

Whitney A. White is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Equity Commons since December 2018 and Founder and CEO of Whitney A. White Coaching, which focuses on elevating high-potential leaders and organizations through tailored coaching. Whitney also founded Afara Global, which specializes in growth and innovation management for startups and corporate teams. Past roles include Fulfillment Lead for Google Express, E-Commerce Operations Manager for McMaster-Carr, and Performance Management Program Manager at the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office. Whitney began professional career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and holds a BA in Anthropology from Davidson College.
