Mallory Rutkie

Ms. Rutkie currently serves as the Customer Success Lead for the Business Development Team. She is responsible for managing project scopes and timelines, coordinating agile-associated ceremonies and practices, and facilitating effective collaboration. She also supports the SaaS Marketing Initiative by both creating new and updating current marketing communications for E2G’s engineering software.

Ms. Rutkie previously served as the Human Resource Assistant and Safety Coordinator. In this role, she was responsible for managing safety compliance requirements and employee safety training for the company. She also fulfilled duties related to Human Resources practices such as managing the employee wellness program, employee onboarding and offboarding, and assisting supervisors with daily tasks and projects.
