KC Downs has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at Equity Group Investments since July 2019, having previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company. Prior to this role, KC Downs was with Intercontinental Exchange from 2004 to July 2019, advancing from Director of Human Resources to Senior Director of Human Resources and Recruiting. KC Downs began a career in human resources as Human Resources Manager at Standard Parking from September 2000 to July 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from Purdue University.
