Eric Banks

Eric Banks is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Equity Industrial Partners Corp. since October 2016, Eric previously held the position of Portfolio Controller at Linear Retail Properties from August 2014 to October 2016 and worked as Assistant Controller at Five Star Quality Care from April 2013 to July 2014. Earlier in the career, Eric was the Accounting Manager at RMR for seven years, from February 2006 to April 2013. Eric holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from UMass Boston (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1999-2003).
