Andrea Ferrero-Violet has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in administrative and event management roles. From 1991 to 2020, they served as an Executive Assistant at Memorial Health System (IL), providing support to executives and managing administrative tasks. In 2021, they joined Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. as the Director of Events, where they are responsible for planning and coordinating various events.
