In their current role at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., Jenn is the Senior Director of Thousand Trails Marketing & West Region Sales, where Jenn leads the regional sales team in growing the membership base. Prior to this, Jenn was a Partner at Sportland Tea Co., and the Owner of Tinney Consulting, offering sales and marketing services to small to mid-size companies.
