Jonathan Merkle

Jonathan Merkle currently serves as Regional Vice President at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Assistant Vice President of Management at The Sterling Group from September 2018 to July 2023 and was a Board Member and Treasurer for the Property Management Association of West Michigan from January 2018 to September 2018. Jonathan has extensive management experience, having worked as Senior Regional Manager at AMP Residential, Zone Manager at Cambridge Partners Inc., and Traveling Manager at McKinley, Inc. In earlier roles, Jonathan served as Zone Manager at DTN Management. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Cornerstone University and a Private License in Aircraft Pilot from Lansing Community College.
