Karla Hettinger

Karla Hettinger, CHS, CGSP, currently serves as the General Manager of Tropical Palms Resort under Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. since January 2017. Prior to this role, Karla held multiple positions at Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark from April 2005 to October 2016, including Director of Operations, Director of Resort Services, Reservations and Revenue Management, and Director of Guest Services. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Saint Louis University School of Medicine from September 1994 to January 2005, where Karla served in various roles including Financial Planning Counselor and Executive Assistant/Office Manager, assisting medical students and residents with student loan management.
