Michael Pappert

Michael Pappert is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. since June 2019, Michael facilitates accounting system implementation, maintains general ledgers, and oversees bank reconciliations. Previous roles include Property Accountant at MB Real Estate and Equity LifeStyle Properties, where responsibilities encompassed month-end closings, financial statement preparation, and ensuring the accuracy of leasing information. Michael's career began as a Staff Accountant at REDICO, managing financials for residential properties, and further included positions at FTI Consulting, Energy BBDO, and an internship at Chrysler Jeep. In addition to a Master of Business Administration from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, Michael holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from Duquesne University.
