Michael Sukel

Michael Sukel, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. since April 2019. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Maintenance and Development at Santa Cruz Seaside Company from April 2014 to March 2019, where leadership was provided for a team managing operations across various departments and a $9M annual budget, notably completing a $15M renovation project. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and as a Construction Project Manager at San Diego Zoo Safari Park, where significant projects were led, including a $17M exhibit construction. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies and Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
