Rita Deboer

Rita DeBoer has extensive experience in the legal and real estate sectors. Rita currently serves as the Vice President Legal at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant General Counsel at Tribune Media Company from 2008 to 2020. Rita also has experience as the Principal at DeBoer Law Group, where they worked closely with the General Counsel of UGL Equis Corporation. Additionally, they held the position of Managing Counsel-National Contracts at Equity Office Properties Trust, where they managed a team responsible for providing legal support. Rita started their career as a Senior Associate at Altheimer & Gray, representing owners of shopping centers and office buildings.

Rita DeBoer has a degree in M.T.S. in Philosophy of Religion and Theology from Harvard University. Rita also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Scripps College. Additionally, they obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
