Sharon Stewart is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently serving as Project Administration Manager at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. since April 2018, Sharon has progressed through several titles, including Sr. Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes acting as Regional Manager at Zeman Homes, Inc., overseeing property management for six 55+ mobile home communities and an RV property, and serving as Florida Regional Manager at ARC Investments, managing six 55+ mobile home communities. Additionally, Sharon held the position of Forward Planner at KB Home and was Senior Regional Manager at American Land Lease, responsible for 16 mobile home communities. Sharon began career as an Administrative Assistant at Key Royal Automotive in the mid-1980s and holds a degree from Eckerd College.
