Therese Sebastian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Therese began their career as an Internal Audit Intern at DMCI Homes in May 2008. Therese then joined Robinsons Retail Group in June 2009, where they worked as a Senior Procurement Specialist until July 2012.
In 2013, Therese joined Sargent Controls & Aerospace as a Business Development Intern from June to August.
Since 2014, Therese has been working at Equity Methods. Therese started as a Valuation Associate and gradually progressed to roles such as Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, and currently serves as the Director of Valuation and HR Advisory Services.
Throughout their career, Therese has gained expertise in valuation services, HR advisory services, procurement, and business development.
Therese Sebastian obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management from 2012 to 2014. Therese completed their undergraduate studies at Ateneo de Manila University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Engineering. In 2008, Therese participated in a Business Study Tour at the University of International Business and Economics. Therese also attended Seoul National University in 2007, focusing on Business/Commerce, General. In addition to their educational background, Therese obtained a certification as a Certified Equity Professional in December 2017.
