Jonathan Brandao

Jonathan Brandao is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Client Support at EPM, where responsibilities include developing client-facing training presentations and internal training programs to enhance customer experience. As a Content Creator for BrandaoCollection, Jonathan produces videos, podcasts, and social media content. The owner of BrandaoFilms, a family-run entertainment business, Jonathan directs, produces, shoots, and edits short films and other projects. Previous roles include Senior Relationship Manager at AFR Wholesale, where portfolio management and team leadership were key responsibilities, as well as various positions in the arts sector, such as Managing Creative Director at Expressions NJ, Inc. and Actor/Director at West Hudson Arts and Theater Company. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Film from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has gathered diverse experience in the entertainment and client support industries since 2005.
