David Bolos

David Bolos has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as an Equity Associate Broker and a licensed broker across 25 states at Equity Real Estate, LLC since October 2005. In addition to real estate, David serves as the Assistant Vice President of Business Development (Consultant) at Phoenix PharmaLabs, Inc., focusing on pre-clinical drug discovery. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Radian, where David acted as a subject matter expert for a web-based asset management platform, and Vice President of Client & Business Development at Pyramid Platform, where leadership involved strategic partnership creation in real estate technology. Earlier positions include Director of REO, Asset & Property Portfolio Management at 406 Partners and Office Manager at PDS Real Estate, overseeing large real estate portfolios and associated operations.
