Ted F. Bubert II

Ted F. Bubert II is an experienced real estate and construction professional with a diverse background in property management, sales, and project oversight. Currently a Real Estate Sales Professional at Equity Real Estate, LLC since September 2015, Ted assists clients in buying, selling, leasing, managing, and maintaining properties. As President of Custom-Built Construction, Inc. since July 1984, Ted leads a skilled team to manage construction projects, focusing on time, cost, and quality. Additionally, Ted serves as a Property Management Specialist at Wahsatch Investments, LLC, where responsibilities include maintaining single-family rental properties and matching prospective tenants. Ted's prior experience includes serving as Projects Supervisor for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from January 1992 to March 2003, overseeing the design and maintenance of educational facilities.
