Tracey Herron

Tracey L. Herron serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Equity Real Estate, LLC, with over 20 years of expertise in retail neighborhood, lifestyle, mixed-use centers, office, warehouse, and vacant land sales. Prior to this role, Tracey worked as the Director of Real Estate at Kimco Realty Corporation from January 2006 to 2010, overseeing the leasing of a portfolio of 40 shopping centers across Missouri, Kansas, and Ohio, encompassing more than 5.3 million square feet and over 225 tenants. Tracey holds a degree in Business, Salesmanship, and Marketing from Edison State Community College and a Real Estate License from Hondros College.
