Steve Dering

Steve is a founding partner of DCP International, L.L.C., a firm specializing in the design, structuring, marketing, and sale of vacation property developments at the prestigious resort and urban locations. At DCP, he pioneered the country’s first residence club in 1991 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Subsequently, he launched The Phillips Club in Manhattan, the country’s first urban residence club. As a principal of DCP, he works with developers in evaluating potential residence club sites, conducting preliminary business discussions, assessing project feasibility, formulating club ownership parameters, and supervising club design and marketing.
