Ben Stoll

Ben Stoll is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and transactions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Transactions and Development at Equity Residential since January 2011, Ben has held several key positions within the company, including Senior Vice President of Development and East Coast Development, culminating in a strong leadership presence. Prior to Equity Residential, Ben was an Associate at Union Realty Partners from 2008 to 2010, specializing in real estate private equity. Earlier career roles at Equity Residential from 2005 to 2007 included Business Analyst and Property Manager. Ben Stoll holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and is an alumnus of Bucknell University.
