Catie Easterday

Catie Easterday has extensive experience in the property management industry, currently serving as a Trainer in Learning & Development and Floating Community Manager at Equity Residential since July 2017. Previously, Catie held the position of Floating Assistant Community Manager, providing support across 47 communities in the DC Metro area. Prior to Equity Residential, Catie worked at AvalonBay Communities from October 2010 to June 2017, progressing from Community Consultant to Sales and Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included implementing sales and marketing strategies and training Leasing Consultants. Catie began a career in real estate with Bozzuto as a Sales and Marketing Associate. Catie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from McDaniel College and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Carroll Community College.
