Dan Henning

Dan Henning has over two decades of experience in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the First Vice President of Investments at Equity Residential since January 2000. In this role, Dan is responsible for asset management and overseeing due diligence for new acquisitions across 31 properties and 9,263 units in major markets including Denver, Dallas, Austin, and Atlanta. Dan's previous positions at Equity Residential include Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities spanned multiple regions and included oversight of third-party management firms and financial operations. Earlier in Dan's career, a Senior Accountant role at First Capital Financial Corp. involved SEC reporting for publicly traded partnerships. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Accounting from Augustana College.
