Debbie Bush

Debbie Bush has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, with a notable role as Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Equity Residential from January 2010 to January 2016, where leadership in enterprise-wide organization effectiveness and learning strategies was demonstrated. Prior to this, Debbie served as an Organizational Development Consultant, focusing on performance consulting and leadership development initiatives. At Right Management, from January 2007 to January 2010, roles included Talent Management Consultant, collaborating on talent management solutions, and Leadership Coaching Manager for the Midwest Region, overseeing a $3M practice with 80 independent contractors.
