Nadia Akel

Nadia Akel, PE, LEED AP, currently serves as Vice President of Construction Management at Equity Residential since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nadia held multiple vice president positions at Maximus Real Estate Partners from November 2018 to April 2022, overseeing both Construction and Development. Nadia's experience also includes serving as Director of Construction at Greystar from December 2015 to February 2017 and working as a Project Manager at James E. Roberts-Obayashi Corp. from June 2006 to November 2015. Nadia holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
