Zachary Hansen

Zachary Hansen is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, project management, and communications, currently serving as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Project Management at Equity Residential since August 2010. Zachary has held several positions within the company, including Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Communications Manager, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies and managing the company intranet. With a background in financial services as a Senior Residential Financial Specialist, Zachary also served on the board of directors for Catalpa Gardens Condominium Association and has experience as a Camp Coordinator for Patti Digh, LLC. Zachary's extensive skill set includes employee experience leadership, recognition management, HCM reporting, and event planning. Zachary holds a degree from the University of Arizona.
