Lisa Wade

Lisa Wade, SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in human resources. Lisa most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Equity Resources, Inc, where they provided guidance and support to company managers on HR issues. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Henry Schein Animal Health, where they led a team of HR professionals and oversaw various HR operations. Lisa also served as the Director of Human Resources at Butler Animal Health Supply, where they directed generalist HR operations and managed a staff of HR representatives. Lisa's expertise includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation management, and HR information systems.

Lisa Wade, SHRM-SCP completed their education at The Ohio State University. Lisa earned a Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. In addition to their educational background, Lisa Wade has also obtained the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2017. Lisa also holds a certification as a DDI Certified Training Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
