Michael Ragusa

Michael Ragusa, JD, CRES, currently serves as the Managing Director at Equity Services, Inc. since May 2025. Prior to this, Michael held a similar role at Vision Financial Group from May 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included recruiting and training financial advisors and fostering new business relationships through presentations. Michael's experience also includes a Senior Financial Sales Leader position at Prudential Financial from June 2018 to December 2020, where a successful sales team was cultivated. Earlier roles included Investment Advisory Team Leader at Voya Financial, Premier Relationship Manager at HSBC Bank North America, and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius University, majoring in History and Political Science.
