Dru Rafferty has over two decades of experience in workforce solutions and business development. Currently serving as an Executive at Equity Staffing Group since August 2009, Dru has played a key role in establishing the company as a leader in delivering innovative workforce solutions that drive high-impact results for clients. Previous positions include Managing Director at Modis (2004-2008), Regional Sales Director at TCN (2001-2004), and Business Development at TEKsystems (1999-2001). Dru holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University.
