Jeff Brown is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Equity Trust Company since March 2012, Jeff leads a team of 30 in critical functions such as tax reporting, statement production, and operational support. Jeff's previous roles included Executive Lead Operations, Senior Manager of Business Governance, and various analytical positions, showcasing a strong background in operational design, strategic analysis, and technology coordination. Jeff has also contributed to financial analysis and mutual fund servicing at National City Bank and PNC, demonstrating expertise in process implementation and negotiation of revenue agreements. Jeff holds an MBA and a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University.
