Dovi Frances is an Israeli-American venture capitalist and the Founding Partner of Group 11, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm focused on disruptive Israeli-related software companies. Throughout their career, Frances has strategically invested over $600 million in leading financial technology software platforms such as Tipalti and Next Insurance. They are an active board member for multiple companies and have held significant roles, including a decade in the financial services industry prior to launching Group 11. Frances holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Born in Holon, Israel in 1978, Frances currently resides in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
