Clay McMickens

Clay McMickens is a real estate professional with over seven years of experience in the industry. Clay began their career as a research assistant for the Colby College Government Department and later interned for the New York State Assembly. In 2013, they joined Massey Knakal Realty Services as their Research Database Coordinator.

In 2014, McMickens transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield, where they spent four years as a Senior Analyst in their Capital Markets division. In this role, they were responsible for conducting market research and analyzing data to support the firm's investment sales and financing activities.

Most recently, McMickens has taken on an unknown role at EquityMultiple.

Clay McMickens has a Bachelor of Arts in Government & American Studies from Colby College, and they also attended Xavier High School.
