Henry Kwong

Henry Kwong, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and portfolio management. Currently serving as Managing Director at EquityMultiple since 2018, Kwong previously held key positions at Clarion Partners LLC, MMI Advisors, Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management LLC, ING Realty Partners, and Deutsche Bank. Key achievements include the successful recapitalization of a $3.2 billion multifamily closed-end fund into an open-end vehicle at Clarion Partners and managing high-value portfolios at multiple firms. Kwong holds a CFA designation and earned a BA in Finance & Portfolio Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
