Cortez Anderson

Cortez Anderson, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and technology solutions, currently serving as a Project Manager (Implementation) at Equus Software since November 2020. Previously, Cortez worked as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst at American Airlines, where responsibilities included aligning business goals with technology solutions, leading agile teams for enterprise initiatives, and managing budgets. Earlier roles included serving as an Information System Tech Analyst at Northrop Grumman, where Cortez led ePLTE build and test efforts, and as a Station Supply Chain and Logistics Lead at FedEx Express, overseeing a large team to ensure efficient operations. Cortez's career began with a college internship in Business Management at Northrop Grumman, following a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Tarleton State University.
