Tracey K. Cooley

Tracey K. Cooley, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Job Corps at Equus Workforce Solutions, where they focus on developing strategies and proposals to expand the organization's business portfolio. Prior to this role, Tracey was the Center Director at Penobscot Job Corps from 2014 to 2019, overseeing all operations and ensuring high performance and customer service. They also held various leadership positions, including Director of Career Technical Education for the Eastern Region, where they managed the education and training departments across multiple Job Corps centers. Tracey earned a PhD in Computing Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Husson University, which they continue to pursue.
