Jason Halbert, PsyD is the Founder and Behavioral Science Consultant at 3Back.io, a consulting group specializing in psychology and empirically-driven assessment platforms to scale companies effectively. Jason is also a Partner at Era, a global investment firm, and a Board Member at Orbital Kitchens. With a background in clinical psychology, Jason has served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Apollo Health Products and as a Vice President at Snap Inc. Jason also has extensive experience in legal consulting and has served as an Officer in the United States Army specializing in psychological operations. Jason's educational background includes a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Alabama.
