Paul Dockter has extensive experience in real estate and business management. Currently serving as a Realtor at ERA Advantage Realty, Paul has transitioned from a successful career as the owner and operator of One Stop Video from February 1989 to May 2016. During this time, Paul managed a video rental store while also overseeing rental properties. Although retirement from the video business has been achieved, property management responsibilities continue.
