Frank Nelson

Frank Nelson is an experienced Realtor with a diverse background in the real estate industry, having worked with multiple firms since 2008. Currently serving as a Professional Realtor at Coldwell Banker Premier Properties since October 2018, Frank represents buyers and sellers in Northeast Florida, specifically in areas such as St Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St Johns, and Jacksonville. Concurrently, since January 2017, Frank holds the position of Realtor Associate at ERA Evergreen Real Estate, focusing on Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, South Carolina. Previously, Frank was a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Executive from January 2016 to May 2019, covering the greater Charlotte region, and served as a Broker/REALTOR for Allen Tate Realtors between July 2008 and December 2015.
