Jim Garvin has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Garvin held the position of Human Resources Director at the U.S. Department of Defense for over two decades, including ten years as Senior Human Resources Manager in overseas locations, overseeing various HR operations. Following this tenure, Garvin transitioned to the real estate sector, working as a Licensed Realtor with Town & Country, King Street Realty, and Coldwell Banker from May 1992 until December 2007. Jim Garvin retired from ERA Liberty Realty in December 2021, concluding a successful career in both fields. Jim Garvin holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Anne Arundel Community College.
