Karla Kucera Clark

Karla Kucera Clark has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Karla began their career at Leisure Care in 2004, where they held various sales roles, including Sales Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Representative. Karla then worked at Parker Staffing Services as a Business Development Manager before joining Skyline at FirstHill as a Health Services Sales Manager. In 2011, they worked at Sunrise Senior Living as the Director of Community Relations at Edmonds. Karla later joined Era Living in 2012 as the Community Relations Director, and in 2014, they worked at SILVERSPHERE as the Business Development Manager for the Pacific Northwest region. Currently, Karla is the Regional Director of Sales at Era Living. Their experience spans over 15 years, and they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role.

Karla Kucera Clark obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from Nebraska Wesleyan University in the years 1997 to 2001. Karla also attended Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1999 to study Spanish, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. Prior to their university education, Karla attended Millard South Highschool from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Karla has obtained multiple certifications in various marketing and management areas, including High Performance Habits, The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience, New Manager Foundations, and Create a Brand Strategy, among others. These certifications were acquired from LinkedIn between 2022 and 2023.
