Matthew Bromen

Matthew Bromen has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 at AT&T Wireless as a Cash Staff Accountant. Matthew then moved on to Swedish Medical Center in 1999 as a Staff Accountant, where they were responsible for budget preparation and ad hoc reporting. In 2001, Matthew joined Era Living as a Financial Analyst, where they prepared budgets, created reports, and developed financial models. Matthew later became the Budget and Analysis Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing the budgeting process. In 2011, Matthew took on the role of Human Resources Director at Era Living, overseeing all aspects of HR, serving as a senior advisor to executives, and leading the corporate focus on people.

Matthew Bromen has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from Western Washington University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Leadership from Seattle University. During this time, they also acquired a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Formation from the same institution in 2008-2009. Furthermore, in 2010-2011, they attended the University of Washington, where they completed a Certificate program in Human Resources Management.
