Sarah Chimbanga has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Sarah has worked as a Regional Director of Health & Wellness - Clinical Operations for Era Living since April 2022, overseeing the care and safety of residents and staff. Prior to that, they were a Health Services Director for Era Living from December 2014 to June 2022, managing health and wellness services for older adults. Sarah has also worked as a Clinical Nurse Liaison for Skyline at First Hill in 2014, where they evaluated wellness clinics and coordinated care for patients and residents. Before that, they worked as a Pediatric Registered Nurse at Seattle Children's from November 2013 to December 2014, and as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at MultiCare Health System from September 2013 to December 2014. Sarah began their career as a Patient Care Coordinator and Clinical Liaison at CENTER FOR WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY, PLLC from September 2010 to April 2013, where they worked with bariatric patients and managed pre- and post-op support groups.
Sarah Chimbanga pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at the University of Washington. Sarah then joined Grand Valley State University for a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Currently, Sarah is attending the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business to earn a Master's degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
